Центробанк может пойти на решительные шаги в вопросе снижения ключевой ставки. Об этом заявила глава Банка России Эльвира Набиуллина.
Обычно ЦБ принимает решение о понижении ставки на 25 базисных пунктов. Однако если регулятор видит, что инфляционные факторы, а также поступающие данные могут серьезно изменить экономический прогноз, то он может менять ставку более решительно.
При этом текущая инфляция немного ниже целевого показателя ЦБ. Она составляет примерно 3,8%, сказала Набиуллина в интервью CNBC. По ее словам, проинфляционные факторы конца 2018 года – начала 2019 года исчезли. Теперь в ЦБ видят “дальнейшее снижение ставки”.
На ближайшем заседании совета директоров Центробанка 25 октября обсудят различные варианты решения по ключевой ставке, в том числе ее сохранение.
В последний раз ЦБ снижал ключевую ставку в сентябре – на 0,25 процентного пункта, до 7 процентов годовых.
