Компания Hyundai готовится вывести на российский рынок флагманский кроссовер Palisade — в электронной базе Росстандарта появилось Одобрение типа транспортного средства (ОТТС) на эту модель.
Мировая премьера Hyundai Palisade состоялась в ноябре 2018 года на автосалоне в Лос-Анджелесе, и американский рынок, по идее, должен был стать для этой модели основным, но янки приняли Palisade прохладно: за первые три квартала этого года, по данным ресурса CarSalesBase, продано 59 827 экземпляров — не провал, конечно, но основные конкуренты намного успешнее: Ford Explorer с января по сентябрь разошёлся тиражом 160 209 шт., Toyota Highlander — 141 301 шт., Honda Pilot — 90 002 шт., Chevrolet Traverse — 84 012 шт.
Зато у себя на родине Hyundai Palisade пошёл хорошо: за первые три квартала этого года, по данным ресурса BestSellingCarsBlog, продано 46 602 шт. — второе место в сегменте SUV после Kia Sorento (62 622 шт.). С учётом того, что объём южнокорейского рынка на порядок меньше американского и сопоставим с российским, это настоящий успех.
В середине октября в базе Росстандарта всплыло ОТТС на Palisade, причём срок его действия начался ещё 25 сентября 2020 года и закончится 24 сентября 2023 года. Появление ОТТС не гарантирует появление модели на рынке, что мы уже неоднократно отмечали на примере других марок, но в случае с Hyundai можно не сомневаться — Palisade скоро поступит в продажу, российское представительство корейской фирмы анонсировало новинку ещё летом прошлого года, просто из-за коронакризиса ожидание немного затянулось.

Итак, в России Hyundai Palisade сертифицирован в передне- и полноприводном вариантах, с 7- и 8-местными салоном и с двумя двигателями на выбор: 3,5-литровый бензиновый V6 (249 л.с., 336 Нм) и 2,2-литровый турбодизель (200 л.с., 440 Нм). Бензиновый двигатель можно заправлять 92-м бензином. Коробка передач — только 8-ступенчатый гидромеханический «автомат». В оснащении заявлены система автоматического аварийного торможения, адаптивный круиз-контроль и автопарковщик. Размерность шин — 245/60 R 18 либо 245/50 R 20. Буксировка прицепа не предусмотрена, что довольно странно для такого класса машин. Сборщиком Hyundai Palisade для российского рынка указан калининградский «Автотор».
Добавим, что в США Hyundai Palisade предлагается с более мощным 3,8-литровым бензиновым «атмосферником» (295 л.с., 355 Нм), а весной у него появилось роскошное VIP-исполнение Calligraphy с более изысканным декором и повышенным комфортом для пассажиров второго ряда.
