В Москве жителю Пресненского района Игорю Сторчаку серьезно не повезло. В декабре 2019 года к нему домой пришли сотрудники полиции.
Он пустил их в квартиру, решив, что стражам правопорядка нужна помощь. При этом документов ему они не показали. Более того, они заявили хозяину квартиры, что ему придется пройти с ними в отделение.
Однако мужчина вместо этого попросил покинуть помещение. После этого полицейские попросту начали его скручивать и сломали руку в двух местах, пишет Telegram-канал Baza.
В отделение задержанный все же попал. Там ему объяснили, что он должен выплатить штраф за мелкое хулиганство. Ранее его супруга написала на него заявление, но затем быстро забрала. Сторчак утверждает, что даже не знал о штрафе.
В июле 2020 года на полицейских возбудили дело о превышении полномочий. Однако пока никто не задержан.
