По данным Авито Авто, в 2020 году россияне стали значительно чаще интересоваться покупкой автодомов: за период с января по 15 декабря спрос на жилые прицепы и караваны вырос на 40% по сравнению с прошлым годом. Как отмечают эксперты Авито Авто, столь заметный всплеск интереса к домам может отчасти объясняться переориентацией жителей страны на внутренний туризм на фоне пандемии.
В каких городах автодомами интересуются активнее всего
Наиболее активно покупкой автодомов в уходящем году интересовались жители Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга. На долю столицы приходится 15% от общефедерального спроса, а на долю Санкт-Петербурга – 6%. Третье место занимает Краснодар, доля города в общефедеральном спросе по итогам года составила 3%.
При этом наиболее значительный рост спроса на автодома по итогам 2020 года зафиксирован в Иркутске (+100%), Ростове-на-Дону (+89%) и Барнауле (+89%).
Автодома: динамика предложения
Динамика предложения автодомов пока отстает от темпов повышения спроса почти в 4 раза: количество объявлений о продаже автодомов на Авито Авто в 2020 году выросло на 10,5%.
При этом в некоторых городах России зафиксирован более заметный рост предложения. Например, в Челябинске в уходящем году объявлений о продаже автодомов стало больше, чем год назад, на 90%, в Тольятти – на 52%, а в Екатеринбурге – на 49%.
В Москве и Санкт-Петербурге, которые являются лидерами по уровню спроса на автодома, предложение в 2020 году имело отрицательную динамику. В столице предложение по продаже автодомов снизилось к концу года на 10%, в Санкт-Петербурге – на 11%.
Средняя стоимость автодомов на вторичном авторынке
На Авито Авто размещаются объявления о продаже как жилых прицепов, которые нужно буксировать на автомобиле, так и автодомов с собственным мотором и местом для водителя. Средняя стоимость подержанного автодома, по данным Авито Авто, составила в 2020 году в период с января по декабрь 280 000 рублей – на 6,7% меньше, чем год назад.
При этом в ряде городов средняя стоимость подержанных автодомов в 2020 году оказалась значительно выше средней по стране: в Москве – 690 000 рублей, в Нижнем Новгороде – 572 000 рублей, в Санкт-Петербурге – 512 000 рублей.
